And the last strip for the week is up! Another week of Dracotaku has gone by and I'm excited to see what's in store. The month is nearly up and though I haven't exactly gotten any views or publicity, I'm still happy to be doing this. And who knows? Maybe there'll be a time when I miss these simple days. Until then, just gotta keep churning them out!
I forgot to clarify something. The second page I put up the other day was meant to fill today's (Thursday) slot, so there'll be no strip up today. However, Friday's strip will be up as usual. Sorry for the confusion! And of course, a grand thanks for everyone who has been reading this comic so far. You are much appreciated.
Not one, but TWO pages up today! BELIEVE IT! And yes, I fully recognize how ridiculous it is for a character to be turned away from despair by a tacky ninja anime. I must also remind you that this comic is called "DracOTAKU".
Anyway, the worst of the EMO ANGST has passed, so hopefully we can get back to the "Ha Ha Ha" and the video game parodies soon. Oh, and more Cherry the Cat, because she's clearly the best character in this strip. Stay tuned!!
I gotta admit, I was a little nervous about posting this one because it's kind of dark. But have no fear! It's just the set-up for a good payoff! I promise! Don't let the OVERWHELMING ANGST get to you!!
Another week, another round of comics! I've decided to mix things up this week and go for a series of pages like the first six on this site rather than the standalone gags of late. I realized that we still don't know much about these characters, so I figured now is a good time as any to delve into their histories. Oh yeah, and just to make things more exciting, I'll be putting up a strip EVERY DAY this week rather than just on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I can't guarantee I'll be doing that again in the future, but for now I feel compelled to do so. Getting a shiny new drawing tablet may have something to do with it. =P
Also, a small note before you read: these strips can be a bit dark thematically, so be warned.
